介绍
佩侯酒庄 (Château Peyreau) 紧邻罗哈拓酒庄,其葡萄田亦位于圣爱美浓小镇的东北部坡地上,梅乐葡萄是这片晚熟风土上绝对的王者。
如同家族里的其他几座酒庄,佩侯酒庄也由同一个团队进行相同的管理。人工采摘的葡萄会在葡萄园进行第一遍手工筛选。每个年份,在确保葡萄品质的前提下,我们尽可能晚摘葡萄以确保最佳成熟度。酒精发酵进行长期的低温冷浸渍,延缓酒精发酵的速度,令这片风土自身的品质得以充分展现年份特色。
橡木桶陈酿延续同样的理念,佩侯酒庄的葡萄酒每年都在已经用过一次和两次的橡木桶内陈藏,时间从12至18个月不等。

平衡感始终是这片葡萄园生产的中心词,每个年份产出的葡萄酒都忠实得体现了其风土的特质。佩侯酒庄葡萄酒就是展示这个特质:优雅迷人、圆润可口,这是一款能够真正为您带来愉悦享受的葡萄酒,最适宜在酒龄尚轻时开始饮用。
葡萄园
土壤:山坡顶部为黏土石灰岩和弗隆萨克砂岩,坡地底部为含沙黏土。
种植面积:10.07公顷
葡萄品种种植比例:90 % 梅洛, 10 % 品丽珠
葡萄树均龄:25年
葡萄酒酿造
葡萄采摘:手工采摘,用小筐装运,在去梗前后进行两次分拣,无破皮程序,分拣后由传送带运输
酿造:根据年份的不同,葡萄在温控混凝土质酿酒罐中酿制15到21天,采用汽棒式压酒帽方式萃取。
苹果酸乳酸发酵和陈酿:使用已陈酿过一次或两次葡萄酒的橡木桶进行发酵陈酿,对那些细腻的酒渣进行苹果酸乳酸发酵。不同的年份,如有必要,可对葡萄酒进行澄清和过滤的操作。
陈酿期:12到18个月。
