"The Blend" Tour

Merlot, Cabernet Franc...Bordeaux wines are famous for their blends, but what do these grape varieties look like before they're put together in the bottle?

This private tour will give you a better understanding of the characteristics of each grape variety and the benefits of blending them. After a tour in our vineyard, your guide will take you into our vatroom and ageing cellar to explain the specificities of the different containers used.

At the end of the tour, slip into the shoes of our winemaker. Helped by our guide's advices, taste each grape variety and create your own blend to find the perfect balance. An unforgettable experience!

This activity is also perfect for children ages 7 and up! With some grape juice and a few ingredients, they’ll learn about the science of mixing, too.
