Terms and conditions

1 – Booking

The tariff conditions apply to all persons who have been subject to prior reservation with the services of the Comtes von Neipperg Vineyards. The booking request must specify the size and characteristics of the group, the date, time and type of the tour chosen.

2 – Visit fees

The prices of our services include VAT and correspond to the prices prevailing on the date of booking. Rates are subject to change, including during the season, without prior notice.

3 – Tour organisation

The customer agrees to report to the property on the date and hour agreed when booking. If not possible, the customer or the wine tour organizer that accompanies it, is committed to warn the Comtes von Neipperg Vineyards. Otherwise, the Comtes von Neipperg Vineyards may have to modify the conduct and duration of the service.

4 – Modification and cancellation

Modification and cancellation due to the client/the wine tour agency

Changes or cancellations of confirmed visits must always be in writing. Only are deemed accepted changes and cancellations confirmed by the Comtes von Neipperg Vineyards by return. Any change (total or partial) or cancellation of a file must be notified 72 hours working days before the date of the tour.
In case of delay, the Comtes von Neipperg Vineyards reserve the right to change or shorten the visit. Beyond 45 minutes late, a postponement of the visit is possible depending on availability of the estate. If there is no other availability, the visit will be canceled and charged.
In case of last minute delay or cancellation (less than four hours before the scheduled time), the client or the tour guide is asked to prevent the estate by phone, whether a classical or private tour. For cancellation beyond four hours in advance, the client or the agency that made the reservation is requested to send a confirmation by email in addition to its call.
For cancellations of a confirmed tour occurring less than 72 hours working days before the date of delivery, the tour will be charged to the agency on the basis of the rate prevailing on the day of booking.

Modification and cancellation due to the Comtes von Neipperg Vineyards

For security reasons, the Comtes von Neipperg Vineyards reserve the right to modify any service (tour organization, program, etc.) in case of force majeure events such as bad weather, technical problems, etc.
the Comtes von Neipperg Vineyards also reserve the right to cancel the service if forced by events such as, and without the list being exhaustive: fire, water damage, storm, lack of access, etc.
In case of cancellation, a postponement of the visit may be offered to the customer depending on availability of the estate.

5 – Complaint

Any complaint relating to a tour must be addressed to the Comtes von Neipperg Vineyards by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt no later than eight days after the said tour, as attested to by postmark. In case of dispute on the application of these conditions of sale and failing amicable settlement, the courts of Libourne will be competent.

6 – Responsibility and insurance

No responsibility will be accepted by the Comtes von Neipperg Vineyards against possible damage caused by the customer during his stay. Any damage will be charged in full to him by the providers involved.
Furthermore, the Comtes von Neipperg Vineyards do not accept any responsibility for damages of any nature, likely to achieve the belongings, personal equipment or things left on one of the estates of the Comtes von Neipperg Vineyards
