A gem of an estate in the commune of Sauternes, Château Guiraud dates back to the 15th century. The vineyard currently covers a hundred hectares. Château Guiraud is well-known for its organic approach to viticulture. This has encouraged the growth of noble rot and given considerable finesse to the château's sweet white wines.

Four partners, including Stephan von Neipperg, acquired Château Guiraud on 31 August 2006.

Promoting this somewhat overlooked appellation represents a veritable challenge, and creating greater interest in great sweet white wines is my main priority... »
