Our tasting in total darkness offers visitors the opportunity to rely on their sense of taste and smell to describe what they experience on the nose and palate. Guided by a tutor throughout the duration of the tour, this wine tasting will show you that a wine holds many secrets...

This sensory journey will be preceded by a guided tour of the vineyard and winemaking facilities to understand the complexity of the winemaking process.
