介绍

La Mondotte酒庄占地4.5公顷,位于圣埃米利永东部黏土石灰岩高地上,其独特的土壤环境犹如一只真正的聚宝盆,  具有拥有一切有利于生产佳酿的自然条件。

土质为富含淤泥的黏土,覆盖在岩石地层之上。这种相对贫瘠而又没有厚度的土地结构,构成了一个非常出色的水利调节系统,有利于葡萄植株的根系向土壤深处生长。葡葡萄园天然的排水系统与葡萄可享有的充足日照条件,使得这块土地上种植的葡萄具有良好的早熟性。每一年,葡萄的成熟、尤其是梅洛葡萄均可在最为有利的条件下生长成熟。

这座十九世纪的酒庄在2014年获得了有机生态农业的认证。

葡萄酒

La Mondotte酒庄拥有品质出众的黏土地,结合所种植的极为出众的高龄葡萄藤(葡萄藤平均株龄为60年),令酒庄出产的葡萄酒具有该地突出的风土特质,丝滑强劲,无与伦比的细腻精致和非凡的矿物质感。

 

葡萄园

  • 土壤 : 黏土石灰岩土质
  • 种植面积 : 4.5公顷
  • 葡萄品种种植比例 : 75%梅洛,25%品丽珠
  • 葡萄藤平均株龄 : 60年

葡萄酒酿造

  • 葡萄采摘 : 手工采摘,用小筐装运。去梗前后进行两次葡萄甄选,无破皮程序,由传送带运输。
  • 酿制:在有温控的木制酿酒罐中进行酒精发酵,根据年份的不同可持续28到35天,采用气压式压酒帽方式萃取。
  • 苹果酸乳酸发酵与陈酿 : 全部在新橡木桶(100 %)中进行,陈酿过程保留那些细腻的酒脚。不同的年份,如有必要,则对葡萄酒进行澄清和过滤的操作。
  • 陈酿期 : 因年份而异,持续16至18个月不等。
