Château Canon La Gaffelière

介绍

玛丝乐酒庄葡萄园位于佩萨克-雷奥良(Pessac-Léognan)产区的马尔蒂亚克(Martillac),酒庄为Stephan von Neipperg伯爵先生和Didier Miqueu先生共同所有。

这片葡萄园地处砾石结构的圆丘之上,这是一片由几百万年前加龙河冲积而成的砾石高地,风土出色。其地下深层土质的构成成分多样,既包括中新世和上新世时期的海洋沉积物,又含有介壳灰岩(含有或多或少黏土的石灰岩沙)、浅黄色沙和各色黏土。


现今,玛丝乐酒庄生产红葡萄酒的葡萄园面积为12.30公顷,生产白葡萄酒的葡萄园占地1.30公顷,所有地块均获得了酒庄工作人员的精心管理维护,令出产的葡萄酒可以充分展现酒庄葡萄园的风土特质。

白葡萄酒细腻清爽,口感和谐复杂。红葡萄酒富含果味,和谐平衡,圆润优雅。

葡萄园

  • 土壤:砂砾石土质
  • 种植面积:12.30公顷(红葡萄),1.3公顷(白葡萄)
  • 葡萄品种:红葡萄酒品种:50%梅鹿辄,48%赤霞珠,2%品丽珠。白葡萄酒品种:65%长相思,35%赛美蓉
  • 平均株龄20年

葡萄酒酿造

  • 葡萄采摘手工采摘,用小筐装运,在去梗前后进行两次分拣,无破皮程序,分拣后由传送带运输
  • 酿造:红葡萄酒在温控木制及混凝土酒罐中酿造,白葡萄酒在温控不锈钢酒罐中酿造。
  • 苹果酸乳酸发酵和陈酿:红葡萄酒:在橡木桶中进行(其中新橡木桶的比例为50%),对那些细腻的酒渣进行苹果酸乳酸发酵,陈酿15到18个月;白葡萄酒:在橡木桶中进行(其中新橡木桶的比例为30%),对那些细腻的酒渣进行苹果酸乳酸发酵,陈酿6到9个月。
