Château Canon La Gaffelière

介绍

罗哈拓酒庄位于圣埃米利永地区东北部坡地上,占地约13公顷。酒庄土质为弗隆萨克砂岩,底层土质包含有沙质层和黏土质地层,这种类型的土地特别适合梅洛葡萄的生长,该品种葡萄在酒庄葡萄园的种植比例为80 %。

酒庄内全年的工作都进行得非常严谨精细,以确保酒庄葡萄园始终以最高水准呈现其特有的品质。

葡萄酒酿制全部在装备有温控设备的木制酿酒罐内完成。作为一种有生命的高贵材质,木桶所用木材可与葡萄酒实现完美的相互渗透与交换,为酒提供充分发展其酒色和风味特质的可能。

每个酿酒罐内的葡萄酒均依照其各自特色采用与之相适宜的酿制方式,在温度并不算高的基础上,采用极为缓慢的压酒帽操作……一切都以对原材料特质始终如一的尊重为基础。

葡萄酒

罗哈拓酒庄葡萄酒口感圆润柔顺、浑然天成的浓郁果香极具诱人魅力,酒色为深邃的石榴红。梅洛葡萄带给该酒圆润丰腴的口感,而品丽珠令葡萄酒更为强劲悠长,香氛复杂。罗哈拓酒庄是一款极具陈藏潜力的葡萄酒,但同时该酒亦可在陈藏7年后饮用。

葡萄园

  • 土壤:山坡顶部为黏土石灰岩和弗隆萨克砂岩,坡地底部为含沙黏土。
  • 种植面积:13.07公顷
  • 葡萄品种种植比例:80 % 梅洛, 20 % 品丽珠
  • 葡萄藤平均株龄:35年

葡萄酒酿造

  • 葡萄采摘 : 手工采摘,用小筐装运。去梗前后进行两次葡萄甄选,无破皮程序,由传送带运输。
  • 酿制:在有温控的木制酿酒罐中进行酒精发酵,因年份而异可持续22至30天不等,采用气压式压酒帽方式萃取。
  • 苹果酸乳酸发酵与陈酿:在全新橡木桶内 (其中新橡木桶的比例最多可达80%)进行,陈酿过程保留那些细腻的酒脚。不同的年份,如有必要,则对葡萄酒进行澄清和过滤的操作。
  • 陈酿期:18个月。
