介绍

佩侯酒庄紧邻玛丝乐酒庄,位于圣埃米利永地区东北部坡地上。
梅洛葡萄是这片晚熟风土之王。

如同其他酒庄一样,佩侯酒庄采用相同的经营管理方式。人工采摘的葡萄尚在葡萄园时就被立即进行了甄选。在确保葡萄品质的前提下,我们尽可能的晚摘葡萄,以获得最好的成熟度。

酒精发酵缓慢,及浸渍期延长,这些可令风土自身的品质和该年份的特色得以充分展现。

陈酿亦延续同样的理念,佩侯酒庄葡萄酒分别在已酿过一次和两次葡萄酒的橡木桶内陈藏12至18个月。

如果说平衡始终是这片葡萄园全部生产的中心词,那么每款酒都不遑多让地忠实体现了其风土的特质。佩侯酒庄葡萄酒的个性正是由此得以充分展现:优雅迷人、饱满圆润。这是一款能够真正为您带来愉悦享受的葡萄酒,适宜在酒龄较浅时饮用。

葡萄园

  • 土壤:山坡顶部为黏土石灰岩和弗隆萨克砂岩,坡地底部为含沙黏土。
  • 种植面积:10.07公顷
  • 葡萄品种种植比例:90 % 梅洛, 10 % 品丽珠
  • 葡萄藤平均株龄:25年

葡萄酒酿造

  • 葡萄采摘手工采摘,用小筐装运,在去梗前后进行两次分拣,无破皮程序,分拣后由传送带运输
  •  酿造:根据年份的不同,葡萄在温控混凝土质酿酒罐中酿制15到21天,采用汽棒式压酒帽方式萃取。
  • 苹果酸乳酸发酵和陈酿:使用已陈酿过一次或两次葡萄酒的橡木桶进行发酵陈酿,对那些细腻的酒渣进行苹果酸乳酸发酵。不同的年份,如有必要,可对葡萄酒进行澄清和过滤的操作。
  • 陈酿期:12到18个月。
